TechRow is a technology platform and marketplace that enables users to license and stream content, book talent, rent spaces, and facilitate related creative, cultural, and commercial transactions. TechRow does not own or operate venues, performances, productions, or content unless explicitly stated.

Payments & Fees

Payments for bookings, services, venue rentals, content licenses, and streaming access must be processed through the Platform unless expressly authorized by TechRow.
TechRow may charge transaction, platform, processing, subscription, licensing, or service fees.
Applicable fees will be disclosed prior to checkout or transaction confirmation.
Circumventing the Platform for payments or transactions is prohibited.

Content & Intellectual Property

A core function of the Platform includes the licensing, streaming, screening, display, booking, rental, and authorized use of digital media, creative works, performances, venues, and other intellectual property or services provided by users or third parties.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to upload, distribute, stream, license, screen, display, or otherwise provide such content through the Platform.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, sublicensing, downloading, recording, or retransmission is prohibited.
